Whatโ€™s included in the $450 private party

  • A private workshop for up to 8 participants. The $450 price covers the group.
  • All candle-making materials for your selected candle design.
  • Personal, step-by-step instruction throughout the candle-making process.
  • One candle for each participant to take home. Every guest creates their own candle.
  • Your choice of one workshop theme for the group from the options below.

Request a date before paying

Send your preferred date, guest count, and location using the date-request form on this page, or email velvet.candle.usa@gmail.com. We will confirm availability, your workshop theme, candle design, venue arrangements, and the total price before payment is arranged.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date after the event details are confirmed. The $450 listed price is the total base price for up to 8 guests, not the deposit amount. Payment instructions will be arranged directly with Velvet Candle Company.

  3. Once the details are agreed, arrange the 50% deposit to reserve your date.

This is a date request, not a reservation or payment. Your date and venue must be confirmed before a deposit is arranged.

Prefer a public class?

A little creativity, together.

Public masterclasses are $40 per person, approximately 1.5โ€“2 hours, with up to 10 participants. Materials and one candle per guest are included. Upcoming dates and locations will be announced soon.
