Shipping Policy

Handmade Processing Time

Every Velvet Candle order is handmade after it is placed. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping. Weekends and holidays are not included in processing time.

U.S. Shipping

Standard shipping costs $4.90 for orders under $50. U.S. orders of $50 or more receive free standard shipping.

Delivery time begins after the 3–5-business-day processing period. Carrier delivery estimates may vary depending on the destination and may be displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

Available international carrier rates are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and other fees charged by their country.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Orders

Carrier delays can occasionally occur after an order leaves our studio. If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please email velvet.candle.usa@gmail.com with your order number. For damaged items, include clear photographs of the candle and packaging so we can review the issue and help find a resolution.
