• Approximate size: 1.49 × 0.98 inches; 0.04 inch thick.
• Choose Black, Pink, Blue, Purple, Red, or Silver.
• Includes standard engraving of one pet name and one phone number on one side.
• Attachment hole at the top. Collar and attachment ring are not included.

How to personalize your order

1. Choose your color.
2. Enter your pet’s name and phone number, including the area code, in the personalization fields on this product page. Check spelling and every digit carefully.
3. Add any layout preferences in Design notes. For a special symbol or artwork request, you can use the optional file upload; please contact us before ordering to confirm any extra work.
4. Add to cart and complete checkout.
5. We will send a design proof for your approval. Engraving begins only after you approve it.
